The Better For You DONUT Everyone loves donuts but store bought ones are not worth it if you are watching what you eat!!! This is my go to donut recipe, they taste a bit like pancakes but I'm okay with that!! You need to get some kodiak pancake mix, you can find that at most stored in the pancake section. There are a few different flavors, they all taste great. You will also need a donut pan Recipe: 1 cup of kodiak mix 1 cup of water - add milk for more protein 1 egg optional: pb2 enjoy life chocolate chips fruit Preheat over to 350 Mix all ingredients , add to a greased donut pan. Bake for about 6 minutes- they don't take long at all so make sure you watch them!!!  We top ours with whipped cream, protein fluff , peanut butter, oreos! Monthly Favs- May  I thought it would be fun to share my monthly favs and a little recap with everyone, not just fitness related things either!  Each month I'm going to share my favorite and most used products, foods, workouts ect with my awesome fitfam ( you guys!) I hope you like my favs and if you have anything I should try comment below and let me know. Food: I have been eating a ton of the chocolate rice cakes ( with pb2) they are so good!  Peanut butter halo top- the only flavor I like . I would much rather real ice cream but I have dreams of having abs :) Pb2- so good, less fat , tastes amazing in my shakes. Ice coffee  - I don't know why but my ice coffees have been tasting extra awesome on these hot May days.  Cauliflower rice- I hate the smell of cauliflower so I never thought I would like it as "rice" but I was wrong, I am loving it!
