The Better For You DONUT


Everyone loves donuts but store bought ones are not worth it if you are watching what you eat!!! This is my go to donut recipe, they taste a bit like pancakes but I'm okay with that!! You need to get some kodiak pancake mix, you can find that at most stored in the pancake section. There are a few different flavors, they all taste great. You will also need a donut pan

Recipe:


1 cup of kodiak mix
1 cup of water - add milk for more protein
1 egg
optional:
pb2
enjoy life chocolate chips
fruit

Preheat over to 350

Mix all ingredients , add to a greased donut pan. Bake for about 6 minutes- they don't take long at all so make sure you watch them!!! 

We top ours with whipped cream, protein fluff , peanut butter, oreos! Almost anything will taste good!!
