Trader Joes Avocado Zucchini Bowl These bowls are so tasty and thanks to Trader Joes, extra easy to make!! Sometimes life with Brody can be difficult , especially around dinner time!! Getting the pre cut, almost ready foods are not my fav but I do love almost anything from TJ and these things are simple and clean. So I bought some guac, already zoodled zucchini and some already pealed & cubed sweet potatoes to make life easier.  The sweet potatoes come all peeled and cut, all you have to do is cook them. I like to heat them in the microwave for about 2-3 min then add them to a skillet to make them crispy. The zucchini is these bowls are not cooked! How easy is that!! And since the guac comes already made all you have to do is mix it with the zoodles.  What you need:  sweet potato zoodles garlic eggs Mix the zoodles, guacamole , garlic, slat & pepper . Add the cooked sweet potatoes and a fired egg! Garnish & enjoy!!!  ...

3 Day Refresh Recap Guess who did the 3 day refresh ?! Yep, ME! I have been slacking off when it comes to my nutrition so I thought it was the perfect time for a refresh. My plan is to stay on track when I'm done on Tuesday and that momentum will carry me through thanksgiving , christmas and new years! Wow this is a crazy busy time, plus my birthday and Brodys 1st birthday are in December. I have plenty of excuses to eat like crap... but I know I'm strong enough and my goals are enough to keep me on track!  I went food shopping to prepare for the refresh. I went live on Facebook showing everything i bought so make sure you go check that video out! Like I said in that video I will do a recap of all three days that will be posted here and on youtube. Remember this is not a juice cleanse, you get to EAT! What is the 80 Day Obsession? I can't wait for this program to be released in January! But to get you ready there are a few things you need to know about the 80 Day Obsession: 1) It is a tough program that will shred your abs and build your booty. 2) It puts  fitness and nutrition together for an extended time ( 80 days ) so you build a lifestyle not a quick fix. 3) It releases on January 15th. I have already had  people reach out to me to see if it is too advanced for them and if really will build the booty and reveal their abs. Double Time is HERE  I wanted to let you know about our newest program!  The one and only Tony Horton has a brand new program that was just released called Double Time! What is Double Time all about? If you have ever done a program with Tony Horton you know that he likes to have fun. My husband and I have been doing p90x30 to prepare for double time and it has been a lot of fun! We both found Beachbody through Tony and the original P90X.   You will ne a partner for this new program.  You will be doing every move in every workout with a workout partner.
