Weekend Recap + Max out May 



Beaches, Birthdays & workouts! We had a fun filled weekend this week, the weather was great and we spent most of our time outside. We had a two year old birthday party where Brody had his first taste of watermelon and swung on his  first swing, he of course loved both :) 

Of course I got my workouts in all weekend and have been posting in our Max out May group. I am making a hybrid workout calendar I will share when I finish the program and share my results. I am doing max30 + lifting + some bonus workouts from BOD. If you don't have BOD you are totally missing out! I did a quick 10 minute core workout yesterday while Brody napped. The boys like to hang out and watch me workout !

I made some AMAZING donuts this weekend , I shared the recipe on my Facebook and I will get a post up ASAP about how to make them.
