Shaun T Week!!

It has been a long time but Shaun T is BACK! As you know Shaun T is one of my favs as I'm doing max30 now!  I still do add in insanity and T25 workouts to my schedule weekly so I could not be happier that Shaun T is coming back onto the Beachbody scene with Shaun Week starting June 12th! What is Shaun Week? Shaun Week is 7 days of focused, intense, brand new workouts on Beachbody on Demand. A new workout is going to release, on day at a time,  one workout per day starting June 12th. Its going to be one AMAZING ,  challenging, fun, motivational week that will focus on getting everyone connected to their fitness and motivated to keep strong for the summer.  If you have ever done any Shaun T programs you will recognize the format of the workouts as they are based on his  programs Focus T25 and Insanity. 5 Months Postpartum Update

5 Months Postpartum   I can't believe I had Brody FIVE months ago!! Time really is flying by. So far I am loving every minute of being a mom. I wanted to give an update about my post baby body progress.  As some of you know I started the three week yoga retreat right after I had Brody, then I went right in 21 day fix extreme. As of May I have started Max out May with my amazing online fitFam and I have to say I am feeling AWESOME and ready for summer. All my clothes fit , yay!!  I am the most happy that my core is finally starting to feel STRONG again. It took awhile for me to start to feel comfortable in my lifts but as of now they are feeling great. I started crossfit again but only at home, I haven't made it back to my crossfit gym just yet, I still have to figure out a good schedule with the baby first. So for now I have been doing lots of different workouts on BOD and some at home WODs.  I know I am seeing and feeling these awesome results b...

My Morning Routine

My morning routine I just recently started doing a miracle morning right when I wake up everyday ( if you haven't read that book go grab a copy!) Its such a game changer!!! Doing my MM everyday has truly made my life so much happier. My attitude has changed and so has my business.  Every morning when I wake up I grab my notebook and coffee and get to work.  Most mornings start with me feeding Brody and then leaving him in bed with Shane. If Shane is already gone to work then I either give something to him to entertain him or wait till he takes his morning nap. A quick review of a MM: S.A.V.E.R.S. Silence ( meditate) Affirmation , Visualize ( your dreams) Exercise, Read, Scribble ( journal )  Each morning I wake up, feed baby,  start the coffee and let my dogs out. Then I start my MM. I start with about 2-5 minutes of quite breathing ( my fitbit has a "relax" setting that helps me) or I turn on BOD and do the 10 minute AM meditation. After th...

Weekend Recap

Weekend Recap + Max out May  Beaches, Birthdays & workouts! We had a fun filled weekend this week, the weather was great and we spent most of our time outside. We had a two year old birthday party where Brody had his first taste of watermelon and swung on his  first swing, he of course loved both :)  Of course I got my workouts in all weekend and have been posting in our Max out May group. I am making a hybrid workout calendar I will share when I finish the program and share my results. I am doing max30 + lifting + some bonus workouts from BOD. If you don't have BOD you are totally missing out! I did a quick 10 minute core workout yesterday while Brody napped. The boys like to hang out and watch me workout ! Recipe Alert :  I made some AMAZING donuts this weekend , I shared the recipe on my Facebook and I will get a post up ASAP about how to make them.

10 Things You Might Not Know About Me If you follow me on social media then you might know a lot about me! But I thought it would be fun to add ten things you might NOT know about me!!  1) I have four small tatoos, but I really want a sleeve!! I always said I would wait till after I got married , my mom didn't want me to have tats in a dress. But guess what! I eloped and didn't even wear a dress sooooo I think its time for a sleeve!  2)  I have known Shane ( my husband ) my whole life! We grew up together at the beach surfing and playing kick the can.  3) Am a certified personal trainer and have a sports nutrition cert through ACE.  4) I used to be the pickiest eater you have ever met!!!
